The Trustees and Headteacher are looking to appoint a new Daycare Childcare Officer to be part of the highly committed team within our day care nursery, part of Whitburn Village School. The post is contracted ‘all year round’ and on a ‘permanent’ basis.
This is an exciting and challenging role that requires the post holder to possess a high standard of understanding the changing environment of childcare provision and ability to implement and support outstanding practice. The successful applicant will have a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification. The full title and Awarding Body of your qualification certificate must meet with the DfE Guidance to allow you to work in an Early Years setting.

- Experience of working within a nursery setting
- The ability to work flexibly Monday- Friday between hours of 8am and 6pm
We wish to appoint a new member of staff who is committed to providing high quality childcare to our local community within a purpose-built nursery. The post holder will work as part of a team to provide high quality care and learning experiences for children to develop within the nursery and work in partnership with parents/carers and the wider community.
